It is characteristic for them that in most cases they are held in the client’s headquarters, and from that is the name “in house”. SAPIENTIA Nova is preparing such comprehensive programs and is prepared to organise them in its own presentation hall according to the customer request.

Mirjana Marinković is the director of SAPIENTIA Nova Ltd. and a Board Member of SPECIJALIST Profil Ltd. She graduated in 1998 from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb. After graduation she continued her formal education by attending the postgraduate study program in the department of accounting, finance and audit. In 2008 Mirjana was rewarded by the professional organization HZRIFD’s annual reward prof. dr. sc. Ferdo Spajić. In 2013 she was engaged as a member of the Ministry of Finance work group for the new accounting law. She is certified as a Professional TQ Trainer. Her ten year career is related to investment funds. At the beginning of the fund industry in Croatia, in the year 1997, she began her career working in EXPANDIA Invest; a fund management company involved in the process of coupon privatization in Croatia, until she began performing duties as the Head of Finance and Accounting at CAIB Invest, a fund Management Company that was among the first companies to found open-end funds in the Croatian market. In cooperation with INCENDO Ltd. she participates in the development of programming solutions for investment funds, FMC.Invest and participates in WinDays 2006 as a lecturer. Mirjana Marinković is specialized primarily in business start-ups so she decided to establish her own entrepreneurial activity, SAPIENTIA Nova Ltd. for business consulting and analysis. Since some things don’t just happen by themselves and she doesn’t lack entrepreneurial spirit and ideas, she created a web portal SPECIJALIST.HR for the financial experts market and SPECIJALIST.Profil for mediation in employment. More than anything in the world she loves her daughter Hana.
Sandra Kalanj is a manager in the department of accounting and consulting services of the company SAPIENTIA Nova Ltd. since year 2009. Before joining the SAPIENTA Nova Ltd. team she was the head of accounting in Proficio Ltd. holding. Sandra is an expert in the field of taxation, consolidation and real estate, and has an excellent knowledge of business and commercial law. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb in 2000, and is a certificated Authorized Professional Accountant and Authorized Internal Auditor. She received several awards of the professional public (ZRIFD Zagreb, HZRIFD). As a representative of the owner she participated in the work of a supervisory board and presided over one audit committee. In 2007 she led the takeover of a public share holding company Proficio Ltd. by a management company. She is a proud mother of three children, girls Una and Mia and a boy Bruno.
Maja Marchig-Đurđić is an Accounting team manager in the accounting services department of the company SAPIENTIA Nova Ltd. where she came from the position of senior accountant in the Imago advertising agency. She has over 15 years of experience providing tax and accounting services to businesses and individuals and she is currently working on her final thesis at RRiF College of Financial Management. She has extensive experience in financial accounting in international environment (Croatian-American Society, TMF Croatia Ltd.), as well as in the construction and shipbuilding industries. Maja is an expert in the field of accounting of non-profit organizations, personal income tax and application of contractual and commercial law. Her free time she usually devotes to her family, as well as writing and reading poetry.
Nina Bočkaj is an Accounting team manager in the Accounting and consulting services department of the company SAPIENTIA Nova Ltd., Zagreb, from April 1, 2017 , and she came from the position of Head of Back Office and Accounting , investment fund management company, HPB Invest Ltd. Zagreb.
She graduated in 1986, from the Faculty of Economics at University of Zagreb and she continued formal education. She holds the position of Authorized Professional Accountant by the Croatian Accountant Association in Zagreb and the member of the Association since 1998.
In 2009 she has acquired the status of an Authorized Internal Auditor for the Economy by the Croatian Association of Accounting and Finance, and recently passed an exam of the Certified Professional Course, the Value Added Tax expert.
The long-standing experience of accounting manager is related to funds (Erste Invest Ltd.) and leasing companies (UniCredit leasing Croatia Ltd). Speciality and business interests are closely related in the field of taxation and auditing. Her free time she usually spends with family in hiking, recreational running and traveling.
